Shipping & refund policy


While we will endeavor to have products ordered delivered as soon as possible, Hohum Lab is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. All orders will be trackable with a tracking number.

Shipping time

Most items leave within one business day after you place your order. As soon as it ships, we e-mail you shipping details, including a tracking number. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

– Delivery time within European Union: between 2-5 business days.
– Delivery time outside European Union: around 11 business days. The delivery time excludes times needed for customer declaration inspection at the douane

To return your product, you should send us an email and you will receive indications.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the product you can contact us by e-mail to negotiate refund and send it back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case of manufacturing malfunctions on your device, you can send it back for repair. We will take care of it and send it back to you within 30 days after receiving it. If some components are missing, please contact us by e-mail.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are shipping an item over Euro 75, we suggest you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
